Consolidated Edison, Inc. (Con Edison) announced it will release its third quarter 2025 earnings on Thursday, November 6, after the market closes.

Con Edison is a holding company that offers a variety of energy-related products and services. Its main subsidiaries include Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., which provides electric service in New York City and Westchester County, gas service in Manhattan, the Bronx, parts of Queens, and parts of Westchester, as well as steam service in Manhattan. Another subsidiary, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., serves customers across a 1,300-square-mile area in southeastern New York State and northern New Jersey. The company also operates Con Edison Transmission, Inc., which develops and invests in electric transmission projects and owns electric and gas assets through joint ventures, primarily under the oversight of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
