The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) Retirees & Membership Services Department held a week-long training session at the William Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Maryland. The purpose of the class was to support members in forming retiree clubs at both district and local levels.
The initiative aims to strengthen retiree activism, provide resources for retired members, and foster mentorship opportunities for younger union members.
