MACNY has announced changes in its Marketing and Communications department to better support its programs throughout New York State. The reorganization aims to improve engagement with members and the community, as well as strengthen the organization’s overall marketing strategy.
Deb Tilton has been promoted to Director of Marketing & Events. She will be responsible for managing more than 100 annual events and leading marketing efforts that support MACNY’s training programs, member engagement, corporate services, government relations, and networking councils. Tilton will also oversee brand development and creative direction for the organization.
Marissa Beck has been promoted to Director of Communications & Media. She will lead all marketing and communications for MACNY’s Talent Development division, including statewide Registered Apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs. Beck will also manage organization-wide communications and media strategies.
Lauren Alexander, a Marketing & Communications Specialist at MACNY, will now focus on promoting the Talent Development division’s apprenticeship programs through content creation, video production, and multimedia assets.
Marti Feyerabend joins MACNY as a new Marketing & Communications Specialist. Previously working as Digital Marketing Manager at SKY Armory, Feyerabend brings experience in digital engagement and event promotion. At MACNY, she will help plan events and training programs while expanding program reach.
Marisa Norcross, Chief Operations Officer at MACNY, will continue to lead the Marketing and Communications department along with overseeing operational strategy for the organization.
